About Smash Padel Mid Sussex.
Smash Padel Mid Sussex is at Whitemans Green in Haywards Heath, run in partnership with Haywards Heath Rugby Club. There are three panoramic courts under canopy covers, two set up for doubles and one for singles, so you can play whatever the weather.
Whether you’re trying padel for the very first time or you’re a regular looking for your next game, you’ll find your level here. Book a free intro, join a coaching session, or simply grab a court with friends. Our in-house coaching team, led by an experienced head coach, is here to help you get more from the game. We run sessions for juniors as well as adults, so the whole family can play.
There’s also a café/bar on site, open from 8 am – 10 pm, where you can relax, grab a coffee or enjoy a drink after your game.

Coaching.
Our in-house Mid Sussex coaches are here to help players of all ages and stages improve. Start with a free intro session and we’ll point you to the right next step, whether that’s Padel Xpress (our six-week programme for beginners), a You, Three and Me session where your coach plays in with you, or one of our regular social events. We also run a fun, structured juniors programme that keeps kids coming back week after week.
