Our group sessions blend coaching with the social side that makes padel so addictive, whether you want to sharpen your game alongside others or just play a relaxed match with people at your level.

If you’re just starting out, begin with a free intro followed by our Padel Xpress beginner course (where you’ll learn the basic shots and rules), and you’ll be ready to join social matches or group sessions before you know it.

Focused group coaching.

Beyond the beginner stage, group coaching is one of the best ways to keep improving, and one of the most sociable. You’ll train alongside others at a similar level, in sessions built around a clear focus, whether that’s sharpening a particular shot, working on your tactics, or your movement and positioning on court. And there’s often a good workout in there too!

We run a range of sessions across the week and across our venues, from improver sessions to more advanced training, including dedicated women’s coaching at many clubs. Your coach will help you find the right one for your level, and you can see what’s on by downloading the Nettla app.

You, Three and Me.

One of our most popular sessions, this 1-hour, high-intensity format is a brilliant way to sharpen your game in real match conditions. It’s three players with a coach playing alongside you as the fourth member. Rather than standing on the sideline running drills, they’re in the game with you, teaching tactics, shot choice and sharing real-time insights in the flow of real points. Each person gets to partner the coach for 20 minutes on rotation so you’ll pick up new skills with every point.

Up & Active.

Up & Active is our popular morning social session: a relaxed way to start the day on court. It’s as much about meeting people and enjoying the game as it is about improving, with fun, coach-led activities. These sessions are for people of all abilities and part of the draw is the social atmosphere as you’ll get to meet and play with new people.

Social play.

Once you’ve got a few sessions under your belt, find your level and your people with social play. These are relaxed, friendly games where you’re matched with people at a similar stage. No pressure, no judgement, just a good game and good company. Before long the faces start to feel familiar, and a Tuesday night becomes the bit of the week you don’t want to miss.

Your coach will point you towards the right social after your intro, and then you can book straight through our app, including open matches where you can meet new people as you go.
