Our Junior academy vision is to produce young players who are world-class in their technical ability, tactical understanding and behaviours on and off the court.

Our leading academy in the UK and our elite player performance plan has produced some of the leading GB junior players.

The Academy prides itself on developing not just young players but fine young athletes that will represent Smash Padel in the right way, on and off the court. This holistic approach forms the basis of our success now and in the future and underpins our desire to develop the individual and not just sporting talent. Our players are at the centre of everything we do – our focus is to help them reach their full potential.
