Padel is an ideal sport for juniors, promoting healthy habits and active lifestyles that can lead to a more physically fit population.
As modern society grapples with increasing sedentary behaviour, engaging children in sports like padel can instil a love for physical activity early on.
The dynamic nature of padel, played in pairs on a smaller court (than tennis), encourages frequent movement without requiring advanced skills or expensive equipment.
This accessibility makes it easier for children to participate, fostering a sense of community and enjoyment while combating the rise of obesity and related health issues.
Smash are constantly adapting our Junior programmes to ensure we remain ‘Best in class’ in the UK. Our bespoke pathway programme ‘Smashers’ provides a fantastic first experience for children aged 4 to 13.
