In 2025, five players from the Smash Performance Squad were selected to represent GB.
Academy players are invited into our Performance Pathway.
This is a very significant step that not only demands greater time commitment and discipline from the player and their family, but also extremely strong collaboration between coaches, athletes, and parents/guardians.
Prior to fully transitioning to Performance, suitable candidates from the Academy are identified and can expect to be given opportunities training in this squad and, when ready, will be notified and introduced gradually.
