Our goal is to establish our elite pathway as the leading Padel
academy in the UK, enabling those of the highest ability on their
journey.
To help facilitate managing the first steps into the world of elite sport
more effectively, we will introduce a tightly focussed and professionally
managed programme, this includes applying and ‘evidence based
practise’ approach to player development.
Gordon Dunn has recently joined our coaching team, creating a
databank of metrics to shape how and what we coach. The detail in
the scheme of work for the first half-term of training in 2026 is a result of
this analysis
We are developing juniors to grow as individuals within a team
environment to be well rounded, confident, and equipped with life skills, alongside becoming better players.
