Smash Padel is proud to welcome one of the UK’s most exciting padel talents, Lisa Phillips, as player, ambassador and coach as she continues her rise on the international stage.
Currently ranked among the UK’s leading players and recently representing GB in the 2025 FIP Euro Padel Cup, Lisa has clear ambitions to break into the world top 100 in 2026, with her sights firmly set on climbing even higher in 2027. Her partnership with Smash Padel brings together elite performance, shared ambition and a passion for growing the game.
“I’m incredibly excited to be joining Smash at such an important stage in my career,” said Lisa.
“My goal is to push myself to the highest level internationally, and Smash offers an environment that really supports both performance and development. Just as importantly, I love their commitment to growing padel and inspiring the next generation, especially young girls coming into the sport.”
Lisa will represent Smash Padel while competing across the UK and Europe as she takes part in tournaments and events. Lisa will also attend selected Smash events throughout the year, offering everyone a chance to watch elite padel up close and connect with a player competing at the highest level.
Alongside her playing career, Lisa is also a highly regarded coach who is passionate about junior development, particularly supporting girls in padel. She has recently worked within the Junior GB coaching setup and brings valuable experience, energy and leadership to player development.
